Who we are
Scorpion Tint & Accessories, LLC is a window tint and car accessories shop at 2103 W Griffin Parkway, Suite 2, Mission, TX 78572. In this policy “we” means the shop, and “you” means anyone who contacts us through this website, our social media pages or our ads.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- Quote requests on this website: your name, phone number, vehicle, the service you are interested in and any details you type in.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: when you tap an ad of ours and submit the form, Meta passes us your name, phone number and your answers (such as your vehicle, which windows and the days that suit you).
- Calls, texts, emails and messages: whatever you tell us when you contact us directly.
This website does not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our web host, Cloudflare, counts page visits with its cookie-free Web Analytics, which does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
How we use it
- To reply to you, give you a quote and schedule your appointment.
- To call or text you about that appointment or the work on your vehicle.
- To keep normal business records of the work we do.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
A few services carry your details to us. Each one only handles them to deliver them:
- Web3Forms delivers the website quote form to our email inbox.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) runs the lead forms on our ads, under Meta’s own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it sees standard technical data such as your IP address when a page loads.
We will share information beyond this only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop us contacting you, email [email protected] or call (956) 360-5196. We will take care of it.
Children
This website and our ads are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Last updated October 15, 2026.
